Service Description
Tours for educational institutions designed to showcase the most important cultural and artistic aspects of the city of Puebla and its surrounding area. The sites visited with our expert guides are selected from a list to fill a 7-hour tour. The places to choose from include: Puebla Cathedral, the Palafoxiana Library, the Chapel of the Rosary, the Street of Sweets (also known as Santa Clara), the Artist's Quarter, the Alley of the Toads, the Toads Antique Bazaar, the Chapel of San Sebastián de Aparicio, the area of the Forts of Loreto and Guadalupe, the Cholula Archaeological Zone, the Pyramid of Cholula, and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Remedies. Other nearby sites may also be considered by the interested party. Each tour selects only three of the mentioned locations and includes one hour for the group to have lunch at a restaurant and half an hour for students to shop in designated areas for safety and to adhere to the itinerary. The price of the tour per 45-passenger bus with the teacher is $2,250. If the bus exceeds 45 passengers or additional visitors join the group, the cost per person is $250, payable before the tour begins. Until this amount is paid, these individuals cannot participate in the tour under any circumstances, or the activity will be suspended until approved by the VIP Tours Administrator. Prices do not include transportation, student insurance, or entrance fees to sites such as the Chapel of the Rosary, the Palafoxiana Library, the Cholula Archaeological Zone, or the site museums in the cities of Puebla or Cholula. The price does not include VAT.

RESERVACIONES Revisar la disponibilidad con el administrador y se fija la fecha para realizar el pago. PAGOS Todos los tour se pagan a través de transferencia bancaria para reservar con el 60% y el resto se liquidan con el afitrión antes de inicar el tour en efectivo o transferencia. Hasta no recibir el pago el anfitrión no se inicia el tour. En los tours de escuelas se reserva con el 60% y se liquida 24 horas antes de iniciar el tour. INFORMCIÓN BANCARIA Transferencia para reservar a la cuenta de débito del banco HSBC 6509325341 CLABE021650065093253416 Tarjeta 4213166052134198 Cuando se realice la tranferencia o deposito mandar copia del comprobante al cel/WhatsApp 221461458 FACTURACIÓN Si se requiere factura, hay que hacer llegar la constancia fiscal al momento de hacer la reservación y esta se hará llegar al correo de contacto en un lapso de dos días hábiles. RECOMENDACIONES Se recomienda llevar ropa cómoda no hablar o hacer ruido y ser respetuoso de las normas de cada lugar al momento de visitar, sean templos, museos, galerias, no llevar maletas en la espalda al ingresar a éstos, si fuera el caso portarla por el frente para evitar un accidente. Si sufre de algún malestar avisar inmediatamente al anfitrión para ver si puede continuar el recorrido o suspenderlo. CONDICIONES DEL SERVICIO El recorrido no incluye servicio médico, por lo que deberán de avisar al anfitrión de algún padecimiento para tomar las precauciones debidas. En caso de retraso a la hora acordada, se podrá iniciar más tarde pero se le restara ese tiempo al recorrido ya que se tienen un horario establecido. Es obligatorio seguir todas las indicaciones del anfitrión, de no ser así, se puede suspender por poner en riesgo la grupo. CANCELACIONES En caso de cancelaciones se cobra una comisión de 60% del total de costo. Se puede reagendar un recorrido para otra fecha, sólo sí se avisa con un 48 horas de anticipación sin penalización. INICIO TOUR Todos los recorridos son a pie e inician en el punto de reunión a la hora establecida, con un máximo de tolerancia de 10 minutos, por lo que hay que llegar al sitio de reunion 10 minutos antes de inciar. EXCEPCIONES: El tour puede cambiar de orden por causa ajena al proveedor (manifestación, evento imprevisto o un sitio estuviera cerrado) por lo que se podrá visitar algun otro sitio de valor artístico o cultural similar que se halle en la inmediaciones de éste y no altere de manera significativa el itineriario.
