Service Description
Tours for educational institutions designed to showcase the most important cultural and artistic aspects of the city of Puebla and its surrounding area. The sites visited with our expert guides are selected from a list to fill a 7-hour tour. The places to choose from include: Puebla Cathedral, the Palafoxiana Library, the Chapel of the Rosary, the Street of Sweets (also known as Santa Clara), the Artist's Quarter, the Alley of the Toads, the Toads Antique Bazaar, the Chapel of San Sebastián de Aparicio, the area of the Forts of Loreto and Guadalupe, the Cholula Archaeological Zone, the Pyramid of Cholula, and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Remedies. Other nearby sites may also be considered by the interested party. Each tour selects only three of the mentioned locations and includes one hour for the group to have lunch at a restaurant and half an hour for students to shop in designated areas for safety and to adhere to the itinerary. The price of the tour per 45-passenger bus with the teacher is $2,250. If the bus exceeds 45 passengers or additional visitors join the group, the cost per person is $250, payable before the tour begins. Until this amount is paid, these individuals cannot participate in the tour under any circumstances, or the activity will be suspended until approved by the VIP Tours Administrator. Prices do not include transportation, student insurance, or entrance fees to sites such as the Chapel of the Rosary, the Palafoxiana Library, the Cholula Archaeological Zone, or the site museums in the cities of Puebla or Cholula. The price does not include VAT.
Cancellation Policy
RESERVACIONES Hay que reservar con el 50% del costo del tour, para efectuar ésta primero hay que revisar la disponibilidad con el administrador y se fija la fecha para realizar el pago. El resto se debe cubrir un día antes de inicar el tour. PAGOS Todo los tour se pagan a través de transferencia bancaria y se reservan con el 50% del total. Se liquidan antes de inicar el tour en transferencia bancaria o pago en efectivo. Hasta no tener confirmado el pago del banco no se inicia el tour. INFORMCIÓN BANCARIA Transferencia o deposito a la cuenta de débito del banco HSBC 6509325341 CLABE021650065093253416 Tarjeta4213166170 Cuando se realice la tranferencia o deposito mandar copia del comprobante al cel/WhatsApp 221461458 FACTURACIÓN Si se requiere factura, hay que hacer llegar la constancia fiscal al momento de hacer la reservación y esta se hara llegar al correo de contacto en un lapso de dos días hábiles. RECOMENDACIONES Se recomienda llevar ropa cómoda, no hablar o hacer ruido al momento de visitar el interior de los templos, retirarse gorra o sombrero al interior de los templos, no llevar maletas en la espalda y si fuera el caso portarla por el frente para evitar un accidente. Si sufre de algún padecimiento avisar al administrador para estar prevenidos y si requiere llevar su medicamento con prescripción médica. CONDICIONES DEL SERVICIO Ningun servicio de guias incluye servicio médico para los asistentes a los recorridos, en su caso el cual debera ser cubiero por su compañia de transporte o por la institución educativa. En caso de retraso por los contratantes del servicios por causas de fuerza mayor )bloque de carretera o choque, o algo similar) y no lleguen a la hora acordada, se podrá iniciar más tarde acordándolo con el administrador checará la disponibilidad de guias. Y en caso extremo acordar reagendarlo para otra otra fecha. CANCELACIONES No hay cancelaciones y se cobra una comisión de 50% del total de costo. INICIO TOUR Todos los recorridos son a pie e inician en el punto de reunión a la hora establecida, con un maximo de tolerancia de 10 minutos, por lo que hay que llegar al sitio de reunion 15 minutos antes de inciar. EXCEPCIONES: El tour puede cambiar de orden por causa ajena al proveedor (manifestación, evento imprevisto o porque un sitio estuviera cerrado) por lo que se podrá visitar algun otro sitio de valor artístico o cultural similar que se halle en la inmediaciones de éste y no altere de manera significativa el itineriario.
